About Our Law Firm

Ward + White is a Texas-based law firm that believes in putting clients first. Our “Client First” commitment means that we listen to what you need, and we are committed to making your goals our goals.

Ward + White provides its clients with professional, personalized representation in the following practice areas: personal injury, criminal defense, and general litigation matters. Prior to starting his own law practice, Attorney Demarcus Ward worked for a prominent downtown law firm where he became skilled in personal injury and civil litigation related to premises liability, negligence, oil and gas issues, and construction liability, among other areas.

We assist clients with Personal Injury, Business/Corporate, Wills & Trusts, Entertainment Law. Our attorneys have backgrounds in business as well as law, and support our business clients in entity formation, litigation, and corporate governance matters.

Meet Our Legal Team

Demarcus Ward

Attorney

Before establishing Ward + White, Mr. Ward served as an Assistant District Attorney and prosecutor at the Dallas County District Attorney's Office. During this time, Mr. Ward achieved favorable verdicts in numerous jury trials, including cases involving Capital Murder, Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Robbery, Evading Arrest, Assault on a Public Servant, and Assault Family Violence. While at the District Attorney's Office, Mr. Ward also argued numerous cases before the Court and successfully presented hearings concerning the legality of police detentions, searches, and seizures. He currently applies this experience to better serve his clients.


Susan Campos

Director of Personal Injury

Susan Campos brings over 18 years of experience to Ward + White Attorneys at Law, where she serves as the Personal Injury Director. Her role involves overseeing all aspects of personal injury case management, ensuring the highest level of service and support for clients, and leading the team to achieve exceptional results.

In addition to her personal injury work, Susan’s experience includes handling medical malpractice, product liability cases, and property damage matters. She applies the knowledge gained from these areas to achieve the best outcomes for clients, working side by side with the firm’s attorneys to provide strategic guidance and support.

Giselle Campos

Case Manager

Giselle Campos brings 7 years of personal injury experience to her role as Case Manager at Ward + White Attorneys at Law. Giselle works closely with the firm’s attorneys to manage case preparation, coordinate communication with medical providers, and provide critical support in settlement negotiations. Known for her attention to detail and dedication to client advocacy, she strives to secure the best outcomes for every client.

DaMazia Gaines has five years of experience with Ward + White Attorneys at Law, where she serves as a Legal Intern.

As a first-generation college graduate, DaMazia earned her Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Texas Southern University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and ranking second in her major. She was also a distinguished member of the Thomas F. Freeman Honors College, where she excelled academically, contributed to the community through service, and completed a thesis on the mental health effects of solitary confinement.
